Our updates:

1. The entry door and side door were replaced with new ones.
2. The whole bay window frame in kitchen was updated.
3. The heater was replaced with new one.
4. Some windows were replaced.
5. The whole house outside was repainted.
6. The deck was repainted.
7. The retaining wall outside was replaced.
8. The foundation materials beneath the entry door and kitchen/deck door were replaced.
9. The side wall next to kitchen was replaced.
10. The new gutters were installed.
11. Several dead trees were removed.
12. The old washer/dryer, and microwave were updated.
13. One garage door opener was replaced.
14. 3-car garage inside was repainted.
15. The beach (backyard waterfront) was reshaped with new look.
